Leadership

Two disciplines, one consultancy

Most consultancies are strong in one of infrastructure or security. Techdefend is founder-led across both — so the advice you get on one side already accounts for the other.

Infrastructure Lead

Founding Team — IT Infrastructure

Over a decade leading IT infrastructure for large, multi-region organisations — networking, virtualisation, cloud, and data centre operations at a scale most businesses never need to handle directly. That same capability is what Techdefend brings to clients who do need it, without having to build the team in-house.

Founding Team — Application & Cyber Security

Our background

Why we built Techdefend

Between us, we've spent careers solving these problems at a scale that doesn't leave room for guesswork — infrastructure that has to keep working across regions and time zones, and security that has to hold up against real, sustained pressure. We started Techdefend so businesses without an enterprise-sized IT department can draw on that same depth of resource, on a scale that fits them.

Alongside the consulting side, Techdefend provides software and hardware licensing and procurement — so the infrastructure and security work we recommend can be procured and implemented through the same consultancy that designed it.

What guides how we work

  • Led by practitioners. Both founders still do the hands-on work — audits, reviews, design — not just oversight.
  • Vendor-neutral first. Audit and advisory recommendations are never shaped by what we sell.
  • One point of contact. The person who scopes the work is the person who delivers it.
  • Properly licensed. Software and hardware procurement done right, through an authorised channel.

How we work with you

A straightforward engagement, start to finish

01

Initial conversation

We talk through your current infrastructure, security concerns, or licensing position — no obligation, no jargon.

02

Audit or review

Where needed, we run a structured review of your environment and document findings clearly, in order of priority.

03

Recommendations

You get a clear set of next steps — what to fix, what to change, and what (if anything) needs licensing or procurement.

04

Implementation or procurement

We can help implement changes directly, or handle software, hardware, and cloud licensing through our procurement service.

Want to talk through your setup?

No pressure, no pitch — just a conversation about where things stand.
